We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If you received a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us ASAP!

Hwang Bishop examines each item to ensure that it is in perfect condition before shipping. The carrier is responsible for the merchandise from the time the package is picked up until the actual delivery.

Upon delivery, the recipient is responsible for inspecting the boxes for any signs of possible damage, such as a crushed or pierced boxes or any rattling that might indicate concealed damage. The purchaser must note such damages on shipping receipt from carrier before accepting and signing for the package.

The recipient must open and inspect the content of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should there be any issues upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@shophwangbishop.com or 401-245-9557 for assistance.

Any damages must be reported within 2 business days to qualify and all boxes and packing materials must be saved until the claim is approved.

In case of damages from UPS, Hwang Bishop is responsible for filing a claim and must be notified by the recipient within 2 business days.

All of our products are available for shipping in the U.S.A. Currently international shipping is unavailable.

A lot of our packages are fairly sizable to ensure products are shipped safely because of this we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email info@shophwangbishop.com.

We ship our lighting products via UPS Ground which typically takes 3-5 days. You will receive a UPS tracking number from UPS when your item has shipped.

Glaze Sample orders are shipped vis USPS with no tracking number. You will receive a notification when your Glaze Samples have shipped.

All of our pieces at Hwang Bishop are made to order, due to the nature of our process we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage / defect.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky - especially when getting a sense of glazes, colors and finishes.  If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us prior to placing your order.

Due to differences in monitors there may be some variation in color between the actual finish colors and the final colors when viewed on your screen.  We do not guarantee a color match with your screen image.  If you are interested in matching a particular color, email us for a swatch at info@shophwangbishop.com or visit our Glazes page for references!

All sales are final, if you are unsure about a glaze finish please order samples before placing an order.

Please Note: We sell a handmade product.  Variation, particularly in glaze application should be expected and celebrated!

Changes or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase and will incur a 10% change/cancellation fee. All of our products are made to order therefore there are no cancellations after 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation of an order after 24 hours will only be accepted at the discretion of Hwang Bishop and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Custom orders (including custom color and custom sizing) are not refundable.

Any changes made to an order after 24 hours of purchase must be approved by Hwang Bishop and will incur a 20% change fee.

Hwang Bishop is not responsible for installation charges, damages during installation or any conditions beyond our control.

Glaze samples or a glaze sample set can be ordered here.

For Trade Members Only: Yes! You can inquire about a custom color by emailing info@shophwangbishop.com and sending a paint chip to Hwang Bishop. Custom color will incur an up-charge of +$295.00 net per color (not per fixture).

Custom color includes up to 2 strike-offs for approval.

Trade Members Only: Most likely YES! We always accept inquires for custom products. Custom product inquires can be sent to info@shophwangbishop.com with a description and sketch up of the product you want to purchase.

Custom products are approved upon the discretion of Hwang Bishop.
